Oftentimes in life we become disconnected from our internal GPS and energy. The signal becomes distorted and we end up experiencing a life experience that is not aligned with our soul's essence and desires.
We may find ourselves at a crossroad: either we submit to a misaligned life or decide to take the journey back home to our sacred self.

Meet Amy
Creator, Clear Channel Movement
Thank you so much for being here. I am an eros energy architect, mother, writer and embodied movement guide. I created Clear Channel Movement (formerly CCY) back in 2017 as a means to help my clients clear their energetic channels through embodied movement and mentorship as a means to tap into their sensuality, inner power and vitality.
My mission is both to guide women back home to their body and sacred essence as well as create a whole movement for women to lead eros-infused, and authentically vibrant lives through activating their desire body.
My work is a culmination of my 15+ years of studies in yoga + movement inc. pranayama + meditation, divine feminine practices, cosmic sexuality and all things energetics. As of 2026, I am currently studying somatic dance with Vincent Niemann.
I have a small but growing YouTube channel called The Sacred Frequency where you will find meditations and activations for a variety of topics including connecting to your future self, finding home within your body and more.
I am a huge advocate for personal sovereignty and believe everyone has the ability to heal themselves. I am sensitive to those with trauma and strive to help my clients tap into their power and reclaim their sovereignty. I have studied with Anodea Judith, Kaia Ra, Jon Paul Crimi, Breatharian School International and Annie Botticelli to name a few.
I offer transformational 1:1 sessions for women seeking to reconnect to their sacred essence, creative expression, sensuality and of course, sovereignty. I offer two hour workshops on a variety of topics including embodied movement, breathwork, and somatic manifestation to name a few. I have a deep reverence for self-expression through movement, my podcast and Substack, Eros and Altars. It is a living prayer of mine for every life I touch to enjoy their own creative expression within their movement practice, art and life.
